This must be what hell is like
I have had access to a computer for at least 7 years now. For all seven of those years I have had dial-up internet. For 7 years I have waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, for the smallest of downloads. The only way I can have even a hope of reducing the intense emotional pain is by ranting online. You cannot understand the countless times that I heard DSL was coming to the area where I live (the middle of Nowhere, Arkansas.) only to be let down. I'm lucky if I can even get the connection to go at 30kbps, let alone get the connection going at all. So I sit here, waiting for a savior that will never come...I need a hug.
